Howard Quad Phase II Dormitory – RTech provided technology design services for the Howard Quad Phase II dormitory at Virginia State University. The project consisted of approximately 113,000 sq. ft. of resident hall rooms, multipurpose/classrooms, computer lab, wellness center, multi-media, multifunction lounge, retail, etc.

    RTECH SERVICES INCLUDED:

    • Communications Cabling and Network Engineering design services. Including horizontal and backbone wiring infrastructure for voice, data and video.
    • Audio/visual design services including Multi-Media Presentation Rooms.
    • Security design services, including access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems.
