RTECH became involved with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) in early 2000 and has been providing Communication Technology Engineering (CTE) and automation services ever since.

    RTECH SERVICES INCLUDED:

    • Provided security consulting services for their headquarters at Williamsburg, Capitol Hill facility in Washington DC, and in Denver Colorado. This includes CCTV, Access Control and IP communications. The design provides local, remote and central monitoring and control capabilities. Central monitoring and control is located at the headquarters.
    • Provided Communications Cabling, Network Engineering and Security consulting services for their Capital Hill facility in Washington, DC.
    • Provided audio/visual consulting services for several Multi-Media Presentation Rooms, Boardroom and Technology Center including the control room. The approach resulted in over 55% savings compared to the vender approach.
    • Provided Communications Cabling and Network Engineering consulting services for complete migration from Token-Ring to Ethernet for their headquarters at the Williamsburg, Denver, and Northern Virginia offices. This included wiring infrastructure replacement and new Cisco Ethernet switches, routers, 3com NICs, etc.
    • Provided ISP/OSP communication infrastructure and Network Engineering consulting services. Design provided direct connection between the headquarters and the newly purchased facility in Williamsburg.
