The Richmond Federal Reserve Bank is headquarters for the Fifth Federal Reserve District, which includes Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and most of West Virginia.

    RTECH SERVICES INCLUDED:

    • Developed construction documents for the replacement of the existing Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) in all of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond facilities.
    • Developed a master plan to renovate the existing Richmond Law Enforcement Unit (LEU) command and control center into a state of the art central Security Control & Dispatch Center that monitors and controls systems at all their facilities located in Richmond, Virginia, Goochland, Virginia, Charlotte, North Carolina and Baltimore, Maryland.
    • Provided security design services for the replacement of existing Digital Video (DVR) and Audio (DAR) systems at Richmond, West Creek and Mechanicsville facilities.
    • Design of centralized adaptive network architecture for video surveillance system.
